"Maddie, a painter and decorator from Thistle Decorators has done an excellent job reviving a rather neglected utility room in my basement. The house is over 120 years old and has no permanent damp course. Dampness had caused plaster to fall off, and paper to come away from the walls. Maddie undertook remedial work to the plaster, applied lining paper to some walls. You couldn't see the joins! Painting of the walls and woodwork has transformed the room. Care was taken with protecting cupboards and flooring. Overall an exceptional quality of work undertaken, and at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Thistle Decorators highly enough."
