When is the remaining balance due?
The final invoice is issued once works are complete, in line with the agreed quotation and scope of works.
Payment terms and due dates are clearly stated on the invoice, ensuring full transparency from the outset. For larger or commercial projects, stage payments may be agreed in advance where appropriate.
What payment methods do you accept?

Site Visit & Quotation
We arrange a site visit to assess the property, discuss requirements, and answer any questions.
Following this, we issue a detailed written quotation, outlining:

- Estimated timescales
- Deposit and payment terms
Quotation Acceptance
Once the customer is happy to proceed, the quotation is formally accepted in writing.
At this stage, we can discuss provisional start dates and any scheduling requirements.
Deposit Invoice Issued
After acceptance, we issue a deposit invoice.
This confirms the project booking and allows us to:

Order materials where required
Deposit Paid & Start Date Confirmed
